The Darlington Kar Parts site relies heavily on high quality graphics and images of its range of car spares and accessories. 

The homepage utilises animated graphics to highlight key areas of the site and current promotions, discounts and special offers for various products.

Manufacturers logo's for oil companies, brake parts manufacturers etc are included throughout the site, together with images of cars and bikes to build on the theme of the site.

Originally developed as a single page site, it was later extended to include details of vehicles for sale to support paper based advertising. This was particularly useful in the case of a specialist rallycross car, for which much more detail could be included on the web site than would have been possible in the classified ads in various motorsport magazines.

In addition to details of shop opening times and accepted credit cards which back up the traditional sales of the business, a high quality location map showing the shop was included on the homepage.
